BBGM provided master planning and build design for a large scale mixed-use project focusing on retail, entertainment and hospitality. The project entails 20 million square feet of development in Syracuse, NY with perimeter towers supporting a long-span glass roof. The program includes 10,000 hotel rooms, 6 million square feet of retail, large exhibit and event centers, and numerous themed entertainment communities, both indoor and outdoor.
The project is designed as LEED Gold and reclaims an extensive brownfield site.
