The project is a conversion of the One So. Church Avenue Office Tower to a mixed-use Office/Hotel. Named after the Developer’s Grandfather, The Leo Kent is a heartfelt tribute to Dr. Leo Kent who was both a resident and active community leader. The hotel includes 142 guestrooms and suites many offering expansive views of the skyline and mountain scale beyond. The St Cruz restaurant and bar invites locals as well as hotel guests to savor locally sourced cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere. The intimate living room is perfect for quiet reading or an evening cocktail. The hotel also offers a small market and fitness facility.
