In Spanish, ‘paséa’ means to take a stroll, and combines the words “Pacific” and “sea,” evoking a slow and steady pace. In this spirit, the new hotel is a modern oasis with an unrivaled sense of clean coastal style living, all the while making guests feel comfortable as they enjoy the sand between their toes.
MONOGRAM began design in 2014 for the 250 ocean-view guestrooms and suites with a beach-contemporary concept that harmonizes with the character of Paséa. Guestrooms are outfitted with a completely custom FF&E package of casegoods, seating, and lighting with crisp, clean lines.
