MONOGRAM is excited to be providing professional Interior Design services for the renovation of a Luxury Arizona Resort. The renovation effort will include the rebranding of the property to a Curio Collection by Hilton. The resort is a one-of-a-kind leisure and conference facility with distinctly Spanish styled architectural motifs. Rich in authentic interior detail, the new design will layer fresh, modern stylistic influences while embracing the unique elements of the existing interior architecture.
The Resort includes 269 guestrooms, in addition to 12 luxury villas. The property refresh will feature a comprehensive re-design of the existing units, including custom FF&E, carpet, new tile and LVT plank flooring, wall finishes, and decorative lighting.
Situated in McCormick Ranch, the property brims with Spanish-style luxury. MONOGRAM’s new design elements will enhance and build on the design pillars of this new Curio property delighting guests with thoughtful detailing and a design vocabulary that builds on the rich character of the region.
