Located in the K Street redevelopment corridor, 1150 K represents a primary contribution to DC’s residential renaissance. BBGM provided both architectural and interior design services. The 14-story condominium building is conceived as a strong contextual response to the mid-town language of classic contemporary detail. The 140-unit building is anchored at the corner with a tower element reminiscent of the great residential buildings along DC’s Connecticut Avenue.
