BBGM designed a new eight-story, 400-key, five-star hotel, located on the bank of the Potomac River. The hotel features a limestone and granite facade with a mansard roof. The Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC includes 24,000 SF of meeting and ballroom spaces, four executive ballrooms, terrace garden, health club, and spa.
BBGM is now working with the owner on further improvements and additional renovation projects at the property.
