BBGM provided architectural and interior design services for 16 South Summit Avenue. This office building is the second phase of the redevelopment plan of establishing Old Town as the civic, social and cultural heart of Gaithersburg.
The facility is four stories and 50,000 SF of office and retail space. The building design reinforces the Old Town atmosphere with a brick and precast concrete facade.
