The repositioning of this boutique property in Washington, DC included complete demolition of existing interiors and creation of additional new guestrooms within the existing floor plate. Public spaces were completely reconfigured to incorporate modern amenities with playful references to Georgetown’s past, and a highly celebrated roof bar & terrace was added, now known as The Observatory.
