The Virgin Hotel in Washington, DC that entails the conversion of an existing warehouse and artist studios into a new Virgin Hotel. The project is planned to include 178 chambers and grand chamber suites, several bar and restaurant concepts, Virgin Commons Club, and a rooftop lounge with infinity pool. Meeting and event spaces will be balanced by the incorporation of art studios and an outdoor garden showcase area, paying homage to the artistic heritage of the neighborhood. The property also plans to implement an onsite artist residency program. MONOGRAM Hospitality Interiors at BBGM will also be joining the Project Team to deliver a unique Interior Design package, catering to the Virgin brand and unique market for the hotel. The property is planned to be delivered in fall 2019, with the design currently under way.
