BBGM is providing both architectural and interior design services for two luxury, loft-style apartment buildings in Washington, DC.
The existing core & shell buildings are located on the site of an urban redevelopment project which includes retail and commercial spaces. The tower consists of approximately 200 units each, ranging from 700 sf to over 1,300 sf. BBGM designed a mixture of traditional and loft style units.
