BBGM provided the architectural and interior design for this adaptive reuse residential project in Washington, DC.
The new structures are 9-12 stories tall, with ± 300 cars of parking below grade. The existing Yale Laundry Building now includes 330 condos and amenities, including a fitness center, social/meeting rooms and retail space.
